Ranma doesn't normally stay in girl form for a month at a time. Nor is he
normally faced by Akane being in love with a girl :0
So, some of this is due to unusual stress. (Note that Ranma acted more
normal in chapter 3 before being confronted by this situation.) Some of
it is also due to his being split, which is producing not so normal
behavior.
