Hi all!

Well, I'm finally sending it out, but, due to this crazy Pegasus mail 
server, the attachment with the actual story will probably show up as 
an entirely separate message with the exact same heading -- as usual.  
*sigh*  Therefore, HoI Part 19 may show up before, after, or 
simultaneously as this initial message, depending on the mood of the 
server.  :P

Sorry if this bugs anyone (besides me).
