This would take place sometime post volume 36. Ranma's mother

"Moshi-moshi. This is the Tendo residence."
"Kasumi-dear, this is Nodoka."
"Oh, auntie! How can I help you?"
"If it's not too much trouble could I speak to my son?"
"Of course, he's just in the living room now. Telephone for you
Ranma, it's your mother."
(trample trample)
"Thanks, Kasumi. Yo, mom, what's up? Do you need me to do
something for you?"
"Actually, yes. I was talking with my sister and she said that her
daughter and a friend wanted to learn karate. I was wondering if
you would be willing to train them."
"Sure, I'd be happy to. And I'm really glad to hear that I have
some more relatives, I never knew I had an aunt or a cousin."
"Well actually your cousin is adopted, but she's a wonderful girl.
You'll have a chance to meet them all when I bring them to the
Tendo dojo in a few hours."
A few hours later there was a knock at the door of the Tendo
home. Looking forward to seeing his mother again, Ranma ran down
the stairs to answer it before Kasumi could leave the kitchen.
"Mom! It's good to see you again!" he said to the attractive
middle aged woman in the traditional kimono.
"It's good to see you too, Ranma. Now let me introduce you to
your aunt and cousin." Nodoka replied. Indicating another beautiful
woman in a kimono she said, "This is my sister, Mariko Kurata." The
woman bowed.
Ranma bowed back as he thought, "That is the weirdest hat I have
ever seen! And is that a squirrel in it?"
Then Nodoka pointed out two grade school children, a hyperactive
girl with twin ponytails and a quiet, almost sullen boy. "And this is
her daughter Sana and Sana's friend Akito Hayama."
Kodocha 1/2 (open to any takers.)
At first, I wouldn't have understood this, but because I'm actually in the
process of watching Child's Toy, I actually understand the concept. I don't know
it this is a great idea or not, because there's only so much that you could
explore. There's Sana and Akito findin' out Ranma's curse...and meeting the
gang, but that's all that I can think of as of right now. Happousei wouldn't do
jack because they're only, what, 12...I, myself, believe they're too young to
play a a extensive role in the crossover. But that's jus' my opinion :)
