CONS:
It's GENOM, for crying out loud!
Subservient to withered old man in a bad shirt.
Heh, Da pimp shirt.
The possibility of getting shot by Madigan.
Oh no. She only shoots important government officials.
Odds are good you'll wind up on the wrong end of knuckle bomber.
Not as long as you show some discretion. The only GENOM employees
who
bit it are ones who killed Doctor Stingray. So as long as you
remember
not to kill people named "Stingray", you should be safe enough, even
though 4 girls in
I'd recommend not killing ANYONE while you work for GENOM, since they
are constantly under the critique of the KS.
Always a chance you could be the next Largo.
It's GENOM!!!!
Yeah? So? It's not like GENOM's all bad. Heck, Sylia sometimes
works for Genom and they killed her father and her puppy.
The chief problem of course is that about the only thing you'd have
to trade on is your knowledge of the Knight Sabres and you don't want
to take them on. (Mind you in fanfiction, getting all the KS
slaughtered isn't exactly rare. Fandom takes some strange forms.)
I must agree, there is only one thing slightly wrong with GENOM:
Quincy.
And he's not even THAT bad, even the fact that he plans for world
domination (kinda like corporate takeover on a large scale) isn't so
bad because his plans seem to help the public as well. Kinda...
Assuming that Quincy has been in GENOM for a fairly long time, he has
made the world a much safer and a much more dangerous place to live.
As Sylia points out, to take out GENOM would mean the collapse of the
known world in MegaTokyo, they own EVERYTHING. They've helped a lot of
what the own too. Boomers may rampage, but they also help build and
perform tasks that humans are too fragile to perform (like.. taking on
all of the AD Police >:)).
However, GENOM itself, unless considered the working limb of Quincy
(which even then isn't so bad), isn't so horrible.
