I'm anxious to see the Shampoo scenes.
Shampoo doesn't go to Jusenkyo until after she turns up in Nerima and
goes after Onna-Ranma. Assuming she doesn't carry through with her
mission, she should be well warned of the dangers, while if she does
carry through - then she doesn't need to go to Jusenkyo.
That's a good theory....
...Only why would she be "well warned"? Takahashi's Shampoo didn't find
out about Jusenkyo until it was too late,
The odds of Cologne taking her there and not knowing about the curses is
practically nil. "Retraining" at Jusenkyou is most likely the punishment
for screwing up the first time.
and she was on much better terms
with Ranma. There *is* no male Ranma for her to fall for in this story.
Presumably she'll still fail to kill Ranma, be disgraced, and go back to
train. Her only hope is Cologne's good sense not to train at Jusenkyo...
At the end of her first story arc she could have killed Ranma but chose not
to, falling in love with the big guy. She elected to leave in dishonor
rather than dispatch him. Now, without the love angle, things are going to
be a little more unpredictable. Can't wait to see it.
