Heh.  Here in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:

At 16 one can begin consenting to sex,
at 17 one can begin watching other people have sex on a screen (as in NC-17
movies),
and if the CDA had passed, then at 18, one could begin reading text about
sex on a screen.

Of course, let's be honest.  How many 14 year olds do you know with figures
