Er... UY takes place in Tomobiki, IIRC.

Errr..not quite, grasshopper.  UY takes place in/around the Tomobiki High
School, which is IN Nerima.

I'm curious to know; where in thez manga or the anime has it been said
that Tomobiki cho is in Nerima, because as far as I can remember,
Tomobiki doesn't exist.
Could you point me to the right reference.
