Ryoga stood there for a long time.  Then, slowly, he sunk to his knees,
still reeling over what he had just seen.  Slowly, he shook his head and
breathed, "This is definately *not* Nerima."

Just one thing to point out.  Urusei Yatsura takes place in Nerima.

Of course it would be completely in character for Ryouga to be in Nerima
and
not realize it.

Er... UY takes place in Tomobiki, IIRC.
