I think you're all missing a point: That the words "doragu sureibu"
are loan words from English.
I don't have an etymological dictionary, so I don't know when
they were adopted, but I think it's decidedly possible that
they are not formally part of Japanese at all... just borrowed
from English for the purpose of the Slayes anime.
If that is the case, if the listener doesn't know English, then I
think there's a very good chance that Linna Inverse screaming
"doraaagu slreiiibu!" will be just so much noise.
