apart; there had been three brawls between the Tibetans and Ugiurs(sp?)
and one of the captains had to flog three grunts for assaulting the
citizenry.
She sighed as she tossed the paperwork aside and glanced at the
clock, considering the cold bed that waited for her. Her husband's
wandering foot had proven true to his nature and with both the local
monsters unleashed by the Chaos and the only nearby human powers either
allied or broken his bordom had become intolerable. Blessed Ancestors
she couldn't blame him for the training trip, were it not for the
unexpected demise of her only compitent aid she would have joined him in a

She scowled at the phone, knowing that the encryption on that
'line' was reserved for the likes of the UN and suspecting that someone
wanted help with the Police Action in Russia... again.
"Nihao." she said flatly as she put them on the speaker.
"<General Pu,>" said the voice on the other end of the line in
thickly accented Mandarin, "<is Ikari Gendo. We have find you husband.
You pick up, yes?>"
"Aiya! You finally found my husband?" Shampoo said in a happy voice,
forgetting everything that was bothering her just a moment ago.
"Yes. We find him." came the reply.
Ryoga, who was in the room waiting for orders, was very interested in
the conversation. He had this funny feeling in the gut of his stomach that he
knew what husband Shampoo was referring to. The brows of his eyes creased as he
continued to eavesdrop.
Shampoo nodded and said, "Where is he?" She repeated the location to
hersefl before she said, "I'll be right over to pick Ranma up,"
Ryoga's aura flared. "Ranma!!!!!"
Shampoo quickly realized that Ryoga had been in the room. She commanded
Ryoga, her subodinate, to calm himself down.
Ryoga ran out of the room, disobeying Shampoo's orders. He never really
listened to anyone if he didn't want to. What could they do anyway, kill him?
Confine him to the barracks? Discipline him? Ha!
"No!!!" Shampoo shouted, but she was too late.
Ryoga was gone.
Shampoo's face went grim. This was bad. This was really bad. If Ryoga
found Ranma and the two of them began to fight...she shuddered at the thought of
the shear damage that would be caused. All she could do was pray that Ryoga and
Ranma would never cross paths. When they had first fought against each other in
true battle after all those years, to battle whatever that thing was that had
landed on Antartica, they ended up arguing and then fighting each
other....nearly destroying the whole in the process...but ended up casing the
deaths of 2.5 billion people.
She prayed with all her heart that they would never meet...again.
How's that?
