I have an idea for a fanfic, but I haven't seen much after the original
six or so episodes; a little clarification would be helpful.

I remember seeing in a translated Manga that the Puma sisters join the
police force, something about being 'reprogrammed' and no longer evil. 
Could someone give me some details on it, as well as how the rest of the
force feels about them (in general)?
