Urd travels through Mirrors, and vidio equipment.  I am not sure about the
others.
Infact that is how Keiichi meats URd the first time, she sneeks in in a
video cassette.

As far as powers. What ever they want for the most part, within their realm
of influence.  They are godesses after all.

As far as the others, I am not sure how they travel.  And Marlar hates
Belldandy for some reason, I don't remember why.
