I have been having these flashing in my head all day....
I think it's a sign my flu is breeaking.
They are more like little snapshot/storyboards or doodles than anything
else.
Anyway, if anybody can actually use them .....be my guest.


The First:

  Kaji storms into Gendo's office.
 Slaps folded letter on desk.

  Closeup: Resignation.

  Kaji storms out slamming wooden doors and hops into  a small roadster.

Shot of Kaji's NERVE ID being punched full of holes.

 Kaji in new location. An octoganal office with a while sphere in the
center.
 It turns out this is a chair. 
Misato is sitting in the ball.
Pen-pen is standing nearby holding a tray with a tea service.

Misato: We want information.

 Kaji: You won't get it.

 Misato: By hook or by crook we will.

New Shot.

 A beach.

 Shinji and Asuka are playing with a beach ball.

 Rei is under an umbrella reading.

 Odd looking bikes are parked nearby.

 Shinji passes ball to Asuka who returns it.

 2 shot of both Shinji and Asuka's faces filled with horor. 
 
 Reis's shade becomes darker. She looks up emotionlesly and

 *BLAMMO* is socked and devoured by a huge beach ball.



IDEA 2.

Setup: Ikari Gendo's private island.
   A large Frank-Loyd-Wright style house.

  Shinj, Asuka, Misato and Rei  are sitting on deckchairs sunnning.

 Gendo is sitting at his desk listening to the radio....
Ritsko (dressed in wetsuit and mink stole is sipping from a champagne
glass)  

Radio: And this just in. Climbers at the annual outdoor eco-race on Mt
Muldoon have been hit by a ferocious storm and all 8 teams of 10 may be
lost.

 With an odd bobbing motion Gendo reaches for a switch at his desk.

 (Cut to close-up of hand hitting switch)

 "There seems to be an emergency in progress. could you all join me in
the study"

 "You mean?" Ritsko askes.

 Gendo nods.

  With strangely timed dancing movements all enter.

   Rei sits on a couch.

   Misato sits on a stool.
    
   Asuka sits in a recliner.

   Shinji leans against oneof thewooden pannels on the wall.

 
  "Well.." Gendo says, and informs the group of the climbers plight.


   "I would guess that this would mean a job for..." Misato starts.

   "Exactly." Gendo replies hitting a button.

    Asuka's recliner slides back and a pit opens up....she slides down
head first.

 Rei is swallowed by the couch.

  The panel Shinji is leaning on pivots, he gives a scream and falles
inward.

 "Yes." Gendo says. "Eva's are GO!



 Alright, I'll admit it...ITC entertainment has messed mymind as well.....

 I kept thinking about "Captain Scarlet" as well


 "Captain Rei is indestructable... you are not."

As well as the fighter pilots, Destiny, Harmony and Rhapsody Angel (I
might have gotten the names wrong.)

 But Wowsers can you see the influence of these shows as well as The
Avengers (to a lessor degree) in the actual EVA series.....

 Gary and Sylvia Anderson should be getting creditin this series as
well....

 Speaking of which...I heard there was a live action Thunderbirds in the
works.. my twisted Roomis Chris thinks it should have the Baldwin boys in
it :)
