It's certainly true that lesbians can get AIDS this way.  But if these are
sufficient reason to say that there aren't enough anime lesbians with AIDS,
it also follows that there aren't enough anime _heterosexuals_ with AIDS,
because these factors also apply to heterosexuals.

And _nobody_ says "more heterosexuals with AIDS should be shown in anime".
