1. Is this strictly a male thing? (Can't recall it happening to any women, 
but I've far from seen all the anime there is, so...)

	Hazumi from Combustible Campus Guardress nosebleeds after being
kissed, and she's definitely a she. ^_^

2. I seem to recall someone once saying that this is only supposed to 
happen to virgins. Is that the case? All of the instances that spring 
immediately to mind (Tenchi, Keiichi, Ryoga) seem to support this.

	I think it's applicable for anyone who's just very...sheltered
when it comes to sex. And that can be true of a person who has had sex,
too...'specially the very conservative, meat-and-potatoes type who is then
exposed to something decidedly more kinky.
	Before anyone gets any ideas, this is strictly by reason and
intuition. I have absolutely no real experience, thankyouverymuch. (This
is me, Mr. Sex-Within-Marriage speaking, yes?) ^_^
