I have to say yes.  I've checked my facts and consulted many sources.  My 
sources tell me that Ranma can be redeamed.  In fact he's worth ten free 
games at Chuck-E-Cheese.  There is also a rumor that Ranma is redeamable 
for a handful of mud and a boot to the head.  I'm not sure about that 
one, I'm still checking on it.
