Two questions on the nosebleed-when-sexually-excited convention:

1. Is this strictly a male thing? (Can't recall it happening to any women, 
but I've far from seen all the anime there is, so...)

2. I seem to recall someone once saying that this is only supposed to 
happen to virgins. Is that the case? All of the instances that spring 
immediately to mind (Tenchi, Keiichi, Ryoga) seem to support this.

(Question #1 is just a matter of curiosity. #2 I actually need to know).
