And you didn't use capital letters or apostrophies when you wrote

5. I wasn't aware that i had to develop the entire plot in the

You don't. What you *do* have to account for is *why* people are
acting completely OOC. You have to give at least a *slight* indicator
of why Rei is suddenly Yohko over here...

6.I asked for c&c to help me write this fic... i have a basic idea

of were

it's going
and how it's ending but i wanted advice on the ideas i had down...

And you got it.

7.Rei's emotions come from my own feelings that she deserved so

much more

than she got and i wanted to give her a chance if only in my fic to

let her

attempt to have a normal teen age life, the life that was taken

from her

even if she's not a "normal'
teen.( people who have seen enough of eva will get that little

Yeah, and it's her very *nature* that prevents her from ever being
normal. Period. She can't *have* a normal teenage life, regardless of
what you may feel. If she did, there'd be nothing special about her.
She'd just be a girl with pale skin and blue hair.

Actually, we all offered constructive criticism. We told you that the
characters were grossly OOC with seemingly no explanation, and that
it would be a good idea for you to clarify *why* they were so.

It's not that your universe is wrong. It's that it's UNDEFINED. You
have to clarify for everyone what's going on, why the characters look
like bad clones of a teenage soap opera cast...

Nobody's saying don't write it. Nobody's saying it's pure garbage.
We're just saying that in order for this thing to make sense, and to
actually *look* like an Eva fic, you need to either restore the
characters to normal, or give some clue as to *why* they're so off.
