actually, i think it would be a really good idea of Squaresoft did aprove
a novelization of FFVII.  i'm a huge fan of the FF series, and i know i'd
really like to read the story line, but i don't have a PlayStation or a
PC.  so unless SS releases a Mac version of FFVII, i'm screwed.  and i
know i can't be the only one with the same problem.  they'd probably reach
a great number of fans who ordinarily wouldn't be able to play the game
AND the fans who liked the story so much they'd enjoy a prose version of
it.  in the end that means MORE sales.  sounds like a good plan to me.

<raised eyebrow>

Good point ... hey, pitch the idea to Squaresoft if you want, I'm not
going to stop you. You never know - maybe they *will* say 'yes.' Nothing
to lose by asking, ne?
