Count P-chan: The part of the VO, usually played by Tom Jones shall, due to

Keener: Nope, Gary and the boys are slicing and dicing it up as we speak. When

Keener: No, but that's a good idea. Actually, I'm answering a cry for help from a
friend, one who needs to be shown the power and the glory of cannontical
Tenchi.... but since there is hardley any of that at all, inane musing will have

Anyway, I need names...proper or accepted spelling.  Most on the characters
of the second series.  Plus, if you could tell me what the hell was going on
in the last four episodes, it's a great help.  Also some questions...

1. Are Lady Funaro and Misaki both from Earth?

No, Funaho-sama is from Earth. Misaki is Jurain.

(Line from OVA 5, "The emperor decided that the first wife should be  a
foreigner, and the second, Jurian").

Keener <morphs into Ayeka>: Our father made the law, that after him, we should mix
with blood of other planets...

Keener <moprhing into Grandfather>: It was a law that many Jurains didn't like, in
those days there was tremendous predjudice, I could not bear it.

Keener <morphs back into bishonen mode>: It's more implied then actually said in
the dub, but note Misaki's hair? Up to that point, most Earthlings were given
normal hair colors. <shrugs> It all basically says that Ayeka was the pure breed,
Yousho the mut... a fic could DEFINATLY be written on how he came across said
prejudice, then on his coming "home". <notes Krudd looking at him> Ah, impressed
with my ability to quote on the fly?

Keener: I happen to PREFER the dub... except for a few jokes, mostly from Washu.

2. There are four gems, right? Three on Ryoko (well, two were still on the
master key) and the last on Ryo-ohki, right?

No, there are only three total. The one on Ryo-oh-ki's head is a way
for him to interact with Ryouko, not a gem (from the 101). The "fourth"
gem, is a week varient Ryouko creates, which is blown away when TEnchiken
cuts her hand in OVA 1.

Keener: PULL!

<Krudd tosses a copy of 101 Tenchi Secrets, Keener Void Blasts it to hell and
back, Lucifer was upset as it didn't jive with HIS Tenchi theories. Keener and
Krudd shrug and bury it disgracefully, shoting it into space being considered
cruel and unusual punishment of alien races and has led to more then one
interstellar war... mostly consisting of Ryoko Rebels allying with Washu
Worshipers to pummel the maligned Sasami Supporters>

Keener: Anyway... yes, in that area that.... BOOK... ahem, is seemingly correct.
There are only three gems, in fact, there's a great picture of Washu as a
"Goddess" where she has all three gems floating in front of her. Plus, power
coming in three's is a Tenchi theme. Ryoko can generate a fake gem but it's
supposidly not as strong and can be destroyed. She also does this right before the
fight with Kagato.

Krudd: Can I wash up now? I feel so... diwty.

Keener: Wait till after the spammage.

3. Who is Lady Tokimi anyway?

Tokimi is the most powerfull of the Three Megami's. According to the
Souran, the Memgami's were sent into this universe for some unknown reason.
Tokimi is also probibly from the future (since there is wreckage from
what is obviously Jurain tree's strewn about in OVA 11).

Pet Theory, Tokimi is actually Tenchi's daughter.

Keener: Well, ANYTHING that doesn't appear in the OAV's is a theory. She and
Washu, Tsunami are Goddesses, true blue... are they are ultimate personification
of Clark's Law, or maybe just an ancient and powerfull princess to whom Washu was
her scientist and Tsunami was the ship the court brain had created for her. That's
most of the fun with Tenchi, make it up, check it out against the latest OAV
material and smile if your right, chuckle and trash if your not.

Krudd: And after the watest movie, how does your theowies stand up?

Keener <smile evily> Perfectly, hell, it even works out for my Revenge's End
personification.

Krudd: Vewy scawy.

Keener: Exactly, I'll share my idea's if you want them, but take note, NOTHING is
written in stone till after the kawaii VA's walk out of the recording booth.

4. The name of Yosho's space tree?  What's his other/earth name?

He named it after his mom, Funaho. His other name is Katsuhito, which,
interestingly enough, Washu still calls him in Manatsu no Eve.

Keener: Oh LOTS of interesting things happened in that movie. Get ready for a
possible Yousho/Washu alliance... to say nothing of Kiyone and... mulhpfhfhfhf

Keener, you really should make a FAQ on TM.

I started a pretty good FAQ a few years ago, but havent had the time
to work on it.

Keener: The main reason I don't do a faq is because they're pretty useless on a
series that spins off in so many directions, DELIBERATLY plays with it's fan heads
and is basically downright evil to it's very core. I could do the Parrot King's
Tenchi Unification Threrom... which I most likely will end up doing when I post my
PENULTIMATE TENCHI FIC patent pending... but it as well as any FAQ is just idle
speculation.

Oh, of course these data are relevant to the Tenchi Muyo! fanfic I'm writing
for my eventful return into fanficdom.  Any help that you can extend please
do so privately.

Krudd: Did you wead that bit? Tybawt's gonna be steamed.

Keener: Well, for one he did mention my name, I felt the need to say something,
especially since any Tenchi lore not garned from the series is not really cannon
and should be used or abused with the grain of buttery flavore salt it came packed
in. Beside, I got to plug Suicide Blast Part 2... which I'm hoping to have back
from my prereaders by Valentines day.

Krudd: Oh, THAT'LL be sweet.

Keener: Heh, a little bit of bitter cooking chocolate for those who've gone into
sugar shock over the WAFFy stuff. Florencio, feel free to ask me anything... Oh
and WoLF wants to know why Tokimi is sleeping in a bed... I'm personally guessing
that Tenchi's futon was full up, but that's just me... looking forward to your
fic.
