	We've got one.  I think 21 people voted in it, and its existance
became an issue on the Taronga Sailor Moon-ML, because a certain author had
issues with the fellow who was running it.

Sounds about right, plus or minus two.  Certainly didn't get my hopes up
for making it quarterly.  I may still give it a shot, though.  Very iffy.
