You left out one: Second Person. Typically, this is used in 'Choose your
own adventure' type stories, where the protagonist is referred to as
'You'. This is also the style of my stories, "Shampoo's Quest" and "A
Chibi-Chibi Forever Voyaging", which are INFOCOM parodies.
