You left out one: Second Person. Typically, this is used in 'Choose your
own adventure' type stories, where the protagonist is referred to as
'You'. This is also the style of my stories, "Shampoo's Quest" and "A
Chibi-Chibi Forever Voyaging", which are INFOCOM parodies.
Uh, no I didn't. Second person falls smack dab into W/R Character Keyed,
the character you are keyed to being yourself.
But I see why you might say I left it out. I didn't discuss it enough. But
rest assured, it belongs to W/R Character Keyed.

"The story grew in the most convoluted way, as many people will be
surprised to learn. Writing episodically meant that when I finished one
episode I had no idea about what the next one would contain. When, in the
twists and turns of the plot, some event suddenly seemed to illuminate
things that had gone before, I was as surprised as anyone else."
