 All my fics are delayed do to the fact I was injured camping and have
 to do most of my typing standing up.  Some nutcase cliped me in the
 backside with a scatter-gun full of rock-salt(at least that what my
 doctor said it had to be.  so it is a little hard to sit down right
 npw.  Though I am working on them.  There will not be a part 4c.
 Instead I will use chapter 5.  In it you will see the reaction of the
 Tendo's and the rest of the gang to Ranma's departure, and exactly what
 was in the notes.
