Well...
While such a poll is a good idea, chances are a Sailor Moon fic would
easily win a non_Ranma 1997 fic award contest (or maybe a BGC fic as a
dark horse). The simple volume of SM stuff plus the fan base it has would
crush any hope of a KOR or UY or Marmalede Boy fic ever hoping to win such
an award. 

What would be better is to perhaps look at running a best fic of all time
award for some of these lesser known series. Say like a best BGC or best
KOR fic. That way we have a way of rewarding quality authors that work in
these series at the same time not running into the problem of under
production...

But I'm rambling and this isn't the place to do it so...
