Well, what can I say? It's good... quite good, really. Of course, I've
come to expect such from your work, so it didn't really surprise me much
(well, that and I'd read parts of it, when you asked me to look at those
couple of scenes...). Nothing jumped out at me as wrong, either in
grammar or story flow, so not much to say there. The story is
compelling, and the characters interesting... I particularly like your
portrayal of Akane, ironically...
Your Ukyou is a mixed bag, as far as I'm concerned. She's not as
one-dimensional as some critics would claim, but something about her
doesn't quite seem right to my (admittedly quite picky) mind. I'll take
another look at it when I'm more awake, and see if I can find it
again... there was something in one scene that just really struck me
oddly, but I'm WAY too sleepy to search for it now.
On the whole, congratulations; it's an excellent story. Thank you for
providing me a very good read, and I hope the comments help (though I
imagine they'll help more when I find the thing that seems odd to me.
It'll be tomorrow or Sunday.)
