		     A Decision and A Solution

	"Akane, did Ranma come home from school with you?"
	"No, Kasumi.  He said he had to do something important."  Akane
looked unusually happy about his not being there.  'Could it be?'
	Kasumi smiled, and continued setting the table for dinner.  "Could
you go call everyone down, please?" 
	Akane nodded, and ran off.  She found Nabiki in her room, and
Genma & Soun outside, drinking beer.  She cajoled them into going to the
table.  That is, she dodged out of the way when they spotted her, and
realized what time it was.  Glancing around before going back in, she
noticed Ranma walking in through the gate.  Smiling happily, she ran to
sit at her place.  He had something small in his hands.

	When Ranma walked in, everyone was sitting around the table,
clearly waiting for him.  Instead of sitting, though, he stood and waited
till he had everyone's attention.  Luckily, Soun jabbed Genma with his
elbow a half dozen times to get him to stop eating.
	"I have made a decision."
	Akane gasped.
	"I can no longer live as I am."
	The rest of the family gasped.  Genma rolled his eyes.
	"I feel that my only solution is religion."
	A vast stunned silence greeted him.
	"I have found Allah!"  He smiled, and stuck a yarmulke on his head.
	Nabiki raised an eyebrow.  "Ranma, isn't that Jewish?"
	Ranma winced, and grabbed it, stuffing it in his back pocket.
"Uh, never-mind that.  From this day forward, I'm Islamic."
	Once again, a stunned silence met him.  Moments later, they
shrugged and began eating.

	It took some time to figure out what had happened.  For a few
weeks, nothing appeared to have changed.  Then one day after school, Ranma
vanished again.  He didn't arrive home for dinner.  Ukyo missed the
next day of school, and Shampoo was nowhere to be found either.
	When he arrived back at the dojo just before dinner on the second
day, Akane greeted him with accusations and yelling.  When she found out
what had really happened....

	[ Ranma had discovered an unusual law.  It seemed that embassy
grounds were subject to the law of the country it was an embassy for.
Since most countries would respect the laws of other countries, and Japan
was one that would respect other laws, he found a unique solution to his
problem.
	It seemed that polygamy was legal in Saudi Arabia.  He could marry
more than one fiancee there.  But since embassy grounds are an extension
of the country, he didn't have to go any further than the Saudi Embassy in
Tokyo.  Just a quick train ride away. ]

	Soon after announcing his marriage to both Ukyo & Shampoo, he was
thrown out of the house.  (Not that he cared, but his father was tossed
out too.)  Ranma, Ukyo & Shampoo held hands, and walked back to the Kuno
residence, their new home.

	"Ranma-sama!  You have returned!"
	Ranma smiled and kissed his third wife hello.  "Yes.  The Tendos
have told me to leave them in peace, as we hoped.  Now I can live happily
ever after with my three beautiful brides."
	Kodachi laughed until all three of them joined in with her.  "Yes,
my darling.  Together forever."
	"Who would have thought you all would love me so much you would
share me?"

	Not everyone was pleased with the ending.  Tatewaki went into
convulsions when he finally learned Ranma's secret.  (Kodachi took it a
little better, thankfully.)  He finally had to be shipped to a mental
hospital.  To no one's surprise, his stories about Nerima kept him locked
up for years. 
	Akane's anger kept her from looking for a husband until well after
her 25th birthday.  But by then, it was too late. 
	As for Ryoga, he eventually got over Akane, and married Akari.
