-send your request to fanfic-request@fanfic.com (beware: it may be
ffml-request@fanfic.com now, as White Wolf has replaced the old
server with a new machine and a new list system)

-subject header: subscribe

-body of message: blank, or subscribe

This is no longer correct for the new system. The body of the message
*must* contain:

subscribe ffml
