I'll admit it. I thought it was a lemon for the first 2 paragraphs. Anne
manages to cover most of the Ranma crossovers anyone has or will attempt
and still have them be funny....Ranma meets the Overfiend is not funny
(probably).
I liked Ranma as Nuku Nuku (how's that for a cat story Richard ???)
and as Inu-Ranma....I would say the weakest bit was the video-girl insert
but then I've just watched the series over again and just finished DNA 2
(hmmmmm, now there's an idea) and was possibly overloaded.)
Ranma as Rei just made me giggle.

really did but it kept me flashing back to "Winter" of the "Seasons"
series and so it fell a little flat. Of course it could simply be similair
happy memories of an old relatinship which went bad that's colouring my

the setup for this story to be a little weak (wow, I'm getting critical as
I review more) but liked the idea and the follow-through. To be honest
I've always had it in my mind to write an Asuza/Ryoga lemon but we won't

funny. Of course being a drama it's not supposed to be (so that's a good
thing). I liked the P-Chan/Ukyou interaction and certainly strnghtend the
anime version of their relationship. It's a good piece and I have a
weakness for depressing stuff like this. Not to dark not to light -just
right.

Another Kasumi afterhours story (actually Kasumi Afterhours sounds like
a good title, ne?) anyway I liked the potrayal of Kasumi so far in the
story as well as the inclusion of Dr.Tofu's semi-indentical cousin (it's
about time somebody else got in on this romantic pyramid busines) The only
quibble I have with this is Kasumi's attack on the guy with the garbage.
Wasn't she supposed to stay out of fights. The bit with the present was
teary (never read a lot and watch Fushigi Yuugi on less than 4 hours sleep
for 2 days) I wonder what Nabiki is up to Hmmmm??

a Catnimp Fanfic "Bweeeeeee." I would not say this was a Spamfic in any
way. Just because it is short and flip does not make it bad or spam. A
nice shortfic. It was just too freakin twisted and I loved it. It captured
that playful twistedness Akane shows at the oddest moments in the anime.
(jeedes@ix.netcom.com) Macho Caballo Chapter 15, 16, 17. I like this
series. It is an "Original Flavor" type step into the Ranma-verse which
captures some of anime's western roots. (side note for film buffs : Some
of the very earliest Saumurai films were originally home grown products
which DID use American cinema as a partial inspiration. Later North
American directors took a look at these films and used them for a basis
for "the Western". These in turn were used by Spanish and Italian
film-makers. Japanese film-makers then looked at these films for
inspiratin to make a new type of Samurai film.) This is a series which
does that. It is reminicent of several things -Ranma, France's "Lucky
Luke" and old Disney versions of the "Zorro" serial. This is western
animation by Disney if they had anime balls (and good scripting :) )
Holly moe... that's the last Ranma....
that's pretty freakin odd.

I've got to say I'm disapointed in this for several reasons.
The first is that I'm disapointed because it's over. It ended way to fast
for me and there might have been another chapter there before finishing
this arc. Or rather, there might have been enough to fill another chapter
streched out over the last 3. I could be wrong but the ending ended really
fast.
I'm gonna give some spoilers so if you have read this far... well your
darting eye movements have probably already picked them up. I liked this
series but I was sad to see what Molly *might* have done (and, in Japan,
with labor the way it is now...it probably would not be that surprising).
I enjoyed the fact that the Moonlight Knight could be killed but hope that
he was wrong abouthe memory business. - I mena he did say it would be
impossible as Darien was not around. -the D-man was only about 100 merters
away at that time.
Hopefully this will be resolved -or not in the next arc. My next beef is
another which could -or could not be solved.
What about Luna?
Alright I didn't like this at all (sorry). I mean, to get self referential
at the end of chapter one, there they were a girl and her cat and now
*Blammo* no cat. Not much of a new adventure for kitty.
We could assume that she's (to quote "the last Starfighter") "Fighting
Evil in a higher dimension." But.......
I wouldn't mind seeing Artemis redeem himself either.
Ya, okay.. so I want more what a thing to get picky about.
Gloryoski, you can tell which fics I was really interested in by
the length of my comments can't you.
Actually, that's not entirely true. A shorter fic might have (and still
be) as interesting as a longer one but your comments are limited by size.
Well, I'm yawning like a freak now. My body is undergowing oxygen
depletion and I'm bagged (especially after that sucky resperatory thing
last night) I'll post some more tomorow/later today.
Strangely enough I think the majority of them are BGC fics.
