It was lunchtime at Furinkan High.  The sun was shining, the crickets were
chirping merrily in the weeds, the cabbits were gamboling on the lawn, and
the baby unicorns were standing around, thinking whatever baby unicorns
think about and looking cute.  (Well, what do you expect?  They sure ain't
gonna be playing seven-card draw...)  As you would expect, it was a peaceful
and pastoral scene, jarringly at odds with the council of war being held
under a convenient tree.

well, do write more of this. it's a good, solid idea, with a definite
growth potential. The only real problem I found was the concept of Kuno,
Gosunkugi, Saotome _and_ Tendo being assinged the same writing project.

The main reason for this is that they are all students at Furinkan.  For the
same reason, I didn't include Shampoo, Mousse or Tsubasa.  The other reason
is because it is a group that normally -wouldn't- want to even work together
at all, but are forced to unite for a greater purpose.  It's a lot more of a
challenge and much more fun to have these characters who have so much mutual
antagonism work together (or try, anyway!)

Plus it gives me an opportunity to work in some more horrible puns. ^_^
