hookay, first of all my appologies to my ranting, it was most uncalled 
for. I was just so frustrated, after all Mirai is only 1 1/2 pages long. 
My sincerest apologies once again....And a note to Redneck Gaijin, I've 
only been in the FFML for a maximum of one month pal, not what I'd call 
long.

ULTIMATE TASK FORCE : MIRAI
Act 1: Wake up call
Earth, in the year 2369, a paradise overflowing with life. A virtual Utopia, no wars, no hunger. It was the age of the Silver millenium, the reign of the good Queen, Neo Serenity. 

That paradise ended on New years eve, 2400 when the crystal palace was bombed. There were numerous casualties, among them was King Endimion, who was gravely wounded. The queen was missing as well as the princess have misteriously vanished, not even the powerful senshi knew their whereabouts. The whole kingdom was in utter chaos, they didn't know who would do such a ghastly act.  Suddenly, T.V. sets all throughout the kingdom lit up, and a voice was heard, " I am Francis Dubois, your new emperor. The time of Serenity has passed it is time for a change, and I  am that change!" he gestured with his head, "The senshi will not move to counter me unless they desire their queen's death!" the camera swivelled to Dubois' right, there bound and gagged , beside her lieing unconsious was the Princess Chibiusa also bound and gagged. "oh yes, as you can see I also have her brat, and unless you want their blood spilled you will obey my every command. Of course, I am  a reasonable man and as a reasonable future ruler of this world, I shall allow the senshi one full day to reply,or else...." The screens fizzled out and then it went blank. 

In another side of Tokyo called Nerima, a couple  were sleeping soundly  until a beeping awakened them. "Mmm,Ranma answer the vidscreen please, I'm still having a hangover from last night's party." Whispered the female.  The person lieing next to her got up and went over to the vidscreen, he looked at his wife and shook his head "Stupid tomboy gets drunk and she complains about hangovers." He barely finished his sentence when a flying lpillow whacked him on the head, "I heard that!".  He went to the viewscreen and switched it on.  The image flickered to life, a young woman, about 21 who resembled his wife appeared.  "Lady Ami! So good to see you..."his greeting was cut short when he noticed that his usually cheery friend's face was grim. "I'm afraid this isn't a social call, Major Saotome.  The Queen and the princess are being held hostage by a madman and unless we relinquish control of the government to him, he'll slaughter them!  We're out of  ideas Ranma..." she broke down in tears, her hands covered her face.  "Don't sweat it Ami, I'm on it." He turned off the viewscreen and proceeded to his closet.  Akane got up and put her arms around him. "I heard, do you really have to go?"she looked up to his face,he sighed as he took out his uniform. "I have to, some jerk has the queen and the princess. Me and the team are the only ones qualified to do it. You understand don'tcha?" Her only response was an even tighter hug. "Just don't die on me ok? Remember that you have too much to live for." She buried her face in his back. Ranma  turned around and looked at his wife, she help up her chin and wiped off the tears starting to from in her eyes. "Hey, hey, no tears, I promise I'll survive this. Besides, crying causes wrinkles, wouldn't want your career ruined right?" she looked up and smiled. Ranma smiled in return "I always did say you're cute when you smile." He kissed his wife on the lips and then proceeded to the viewscreen, he puched a button on the consul and then the viewer flared to life, bearing the sleepy contenance of one Commander Ryouga Hibiki. In the background, Akari Unryuu Hibiki was sleeping peacefully.  Ryouga saluted and smiled. "Ranma, how's it going?" Ranma saluted his former rival in return and replied, "I'm sorry Ryouga but trouble's brewing, a crackpot's got Serenity and her kid, and guess who got drafted for the job?   I want you  to call the team together, we'll meet at the old school grounds" Ryouga scowled , he liked the queen, she had such a gentle nature.
