Neon Genesis Evangelion
Magic Knight Rayearth
Iczer-1/Iczer-3 (not Iczelion)
Vision of Escaflowne

Other good series to nominate from: Gundam, Patlabor, Macross, other giant
mecha series

Mecha that are considerably larger or smaller than the "average" scale
mecha of the above series may be turned down.
Bubblegum Crisis can be used as a source series, but be advised that
nearly all BGC mecha are going to be considerably smaller than their
opponents. (The only possible exceptions would be the two Battlemovers,
the D.D. and Reika's GD-42, and even they are going to be pretty small by
comparison.)
