No, not always.  An example would be in the OAV 1, episode two.  She
says "I can help".  Another infamous one is "I kill!"

Any other guidelines anyone can give me regarding writing dialogue for
Shampoo would be appreciated.

Ah, well, usually go with third person.  Also, I don't know, but I have
yet to hear Shampoo use the nicknames in the dub (like "violent girl",
"spatula girl", etc.).  This maybe just one of those fanfic things (hell
even I've used it), maybe not, I don't know.

Part 2 of "Passion is in the Air" should be out in a few days; I just
started writing it today.
