*All Mixed Up: the Sequel*

Tenchi Muyo is entirely the creation of (I'm not sure, someone please tell
me!!), the anime distributed by Pioneer and I was in _no_ way involved with
any of it or own any of it! Nuh-uh!

Tenchi Muyo is the 3rd part of All Mixed Up: the sequel. For info on what's
going on here, see parts 1 & 2. Though, some alternative titles would be
nice, these are just peliminary titles.

Chapter 1c
Tenchi Muyo: No Need for Purple Rain!

(We follow the purple rain on its path of destruction, chaos and mayhem as it
tries to destroy Tokyo-3, the only hopes being -- (switches off EVA tapes) --
sorry, much better. Now, the purple clouds seem to be heading for China, once
again, but a blast of wind from seemingly nowhere veers it off-course for a
while, over a forest where it settles quite comfortably over a lone house
beside the lake and munches popcorn, awaiting the show. It is early morning
and the birds woiuld be tweeting away but no sane animal goes near this
particular area.)

(Two young females are sitting by the edge of the lake, in their drenched
nightclothes, wringing out their wet, wet, wet hair ... The blue-haired one
seems quite annoyed with the other one.)

Ryoko: I thought you'd disabled the trap after what happened last time!   

Ayeka: (slightly perplexed at what happened) I thought I had! (smug, superior
look) Well, maybe you shouldn't have tried to get into Tenchi's bedroom....

Ryoko: (teasing nastily) So, what were you doing at Tenchi's door in the
middle of the night, then... (sarcastically) _princess_?

Ayeka: (going shades of red not yet discovered in several galaxies) ...!
(scowls) Why... you dried up old demon! How dare you --

Ryoko: (interrupts) (angry) -- What did you call me, little girl?! 

(The door to the house opens and closes without the squabbling pair
noticing... the figure slowly creeps up behind them...)

Sasami: (whiny) (cuddling a teddy bear) Ayeka! I'm scared, I had a nightmare
and I couldn't find Tenchi! ...He's not in his room!      

Ayeka & Ryoko: (shocked and aghast) Tenchi's missing??!!

Washu: (comes out from her lab and goes outside her own li'l back exit)
What's going on out here? Oh, no, not the purple rain! I can't believe I lost
the bet to that sneaky girl...  

(The purple rain cloud doesn't like melodrama or super genius scientists and
so pours gallons of mind-altering rain onto the four unsuspecting unusual
inhabitants to liven things up.)

(Meanwhile, inside the Tenchi household, someone is up early, trying to work
the television with a strange remote control. Yosho comes through, having
woken up early to see if his "special" magazine has arrived.)

Yosho: What are you doing, Mihoshi? 

Mihoshi: I've been trying to work this new TV control called the "Ayeka's"
all night but nothing has happened. I've pressed this big red button (that
says Do Not Touch on it in big letters) several times and nothing's happened!


Yosho: Maybe it's not theTV controller.

Mihoshi: (things connect in her mind... somehow) ...I hadn't thought of that!

(In the meantime, Tenchi finds himself lying on a strange street. He is still
in his pyjamas..)

Tenchi: (sits up, still half-asleep) Where... what... is this a dream? I
don't recognise it.

Beautiful young female: (walks up to him) Can I help you? (smiles seemingly
innocently) Are you alright? 

Tenchi: (looks up at her) Uh... yes, yes I am. (thinks) Now I know I'm
dreaming, seeing her! (stands up, feeling slightly ill and dizzy from the
transportation) Maybe I'm not dreaming, I've never felt ill in my dreams...
(outloud) (friendly tone) My name's Tenchi. 

Beautiful young female: Do you always dress like that, Tenchi-san?

Tenchi: (notices his pyjamas) ...I'm s-sorry.. I (laughs nervously) ha-ha...
don't really know how I got here, last thing I knew I was sleeping...  

Beautiful young female: (giggles demurely) I understand... How about you come
back to my home and I'll lend you some of my brother's clothes and we'll
figure out a way to get you home...?

Tenchi: Th-thank you..! You're very nice!

Beautiful young female: (curious) ...You seem surprised?

Tenchi: (smiles slightly) Eh-heh... The girls I've known up to now have been
a bit... eccentric and different, that's all.

Beautiful young female: I see... (eager) Shall we go now? By the way, my name
is....    

End of chapter 1c...
It's been a while since I watched the Tenchi tapes so C&C is appreciated on
