ok, everyone.  this is my very first fanfiction, so I'm still really new at
this.  I would love ALL the C&C you can give me.  good, bad, I'll take it all.

Serena and Darien:  A Legacy of Love

Prologue

     Four year old Prince Darien gazed out his window at the moon.  Deep on
his heart he got a geeling like something is going on this very second.
Somthing that will change his life forever...  Something he cant change.  He's
been getting the strangest dreams that just add on to that feeling...::A
beautiful princess from a faraway land with a golden cresent shaped birthmark
on her forehead, and smiling sappire eyes, and beautiful golden hair in 2
odangos on the side of her head and ponytails trailing after,which reach her
ankles, reaches out to a man in a Tuxedo, cape, and mask.  She is giving him a
rose which has a odd and beautiful glow to it...:: A glow that gives him an
odd sense of power.  He cant help but feel a strange connection to both people
in the dream...

::At the same time in a beautiful kingdom on the moon::
     Queen Serenity gazed upon her newborn baby girl, then at the Earth.  A
tear slid down her cheek.  She smiled down at her baby again, wiped away her
tear, and whispered, "Oh Serena, I do wish your father was here right now to
see what a glorius baby our daughter is.  But don't worry, my love.  He will
soon return."

     At that moment Elder Jupiter walked into the room.  "our Majesty, a
message from earth has arrived to you," Jupiter said quietly to the queen,
handing her the message.  "Thank you, Jupiter.  Can you please watch Serena
while I read this?" Serenity replied.  "Of course, My Queen," Jupiter said,
gently taking the baby from her mother's arms.

     "We regret to inform you that King Obrion has been killed in the battle
against Queen Beryl..."  She couldn't read any more.  Tears swelled her eyes,
and a cry escaped her mouth.  Unable to control her sobs, she ran to the royal
garden and wept violently.  She was sure no one would bother her, having told
the guards no one is to disturb her.  All of the sudden a majestic light
flashed, and Queen Gaea of Earth appeared.  She took the queen in her arms,
and softly stroked the queens head.  Queen Serenity, her sobs having crying
having calmed a bit, sniffled and shakily asked" how can I go on without him?"
Gaea hugged Serenity and said, "It will be hard, but you have your kingdom,
and more importantly, your child.  He will always live in your heart, and
never accually left.  All you have to do is believe."  Serenity returned the
hug, and let Gaea comfort her, and brush her tears away.  She remembered that
a month ago Gaea's husband, the King of Earth, died in the same war.  She knew
that she would be the only one to truely understand, and a wonderful
friendship, of the same love and connection twins have was born.
