This is a piece of fan fiction.  Some characters have been borrowed
from copywriten publications with out permission of either the
authors, or the publishers.  This is meant as a form of flattery
towards the authors of those characters and is not to be used as a
means of capitol gain.  I am in debt well past my ears to the
Department of Education, and they they are not getting any thing from
me.  So I realy have nothing more to loose, and currently think that
time in a "Correctional Facility" will possibly be an improvement in
my current lifestyle.  I realy have nothing to lose by doing this.

chapter 1. part 3. "Welcome to Nerima."

     As Ryouga and I were getting off the train, there was something
in the back of my mind that was trying to get my attention.  There was
something I was supposed to do back at the air port, and I just could
not remember what it was.  Oh well such is life.
     I turn to Ryouga who had been rather quiet the entire ride and
say,
     "I'm supposed to be attending Furinkan High School starting
monday."
     "So, you have a place to stay, already?" asked Ryouga.
     This reminded me of what I was supposed to do at the airport,
Call the house and let them know I was on my way 'home'.  This caused
enough of a distraction that I tripped over a crack in the sidewalk
and proceed to plant my face in the ground.
     "Tell ya what, Lightpaws-san." Ryouga says "Walk with me to the
Tendo Dojo, and I'll see if I can't convince somebody to show you
around Nerima."
     At this point The typical Nerima weather pattern kicked in.  The
rain was cold, hard, and lasted maybe a full minute.  Next thing I
know I'm standing next to a large backpack, a pile of wet clothes, and
a small black pig.
     "BWeeeeee!" Squealed the pig in an Annoyed tone.
     "Ryouga," I say to the pig, "that is you right?"
     The pig nods Emphaticaly and looks up at me with a very
embarassed look.
     "Looks like you managed to find one of the Pools of Destiny" I
say to Ryouga.  "Let's get you situated first."
     I unshoulder my pack, and set it down beside Ryouga's pack.  I
then open my pack, and unfold a small carpet lined box.  I gently lift
Ryouga in his pig form, from the pile of his clothes.  I set him in
the box.
     "Get comfortable, I'm going to strap you to the top of my pack."
I say to the piglet, as I lift the box.  I set the box in my pack, and
arrange things to that Ryouga can look out over my shoulder.  I then
wring most of the water out of the clothes he was wearing, and tuck
them into the top of Ryouga's pack.
     "Are you ready." I say to Ryouga, and he can only nod.
     I lift my pack up and slip my arms into the shoulder straps.  I
then turn towards Ryouga's pack.  I lift up the top end of his pack,
and see pinned to the "back" of the pack is a note.
     "This pack is the property of Hibiki Ryouga." I read.  "If found
please have this pack, any nearby clothes, and possibly the nearby
pigglet, delivered to the Tendo Dojo in Nerima, Japan."
On the back of the note is an address to the Tendo Dojo.
     I then grab the wooden frame between the shoulder straps, with
my right hand and lift Ryouga's pack to my shoulder.
     After asking directions from a local fruit vendor.  I make my way
to the dojo and knock on the front door of the house.
     "One moment!" I here a sweet voice call from some where within
house.  When the door opens I am greeted by a young woman wearing an
apron with a light flower print.
     "Hello, may I help you?" she says.
     "Yes," I say "is this the Tendo Dojo?"
     "Yes, that is correct" she says.
     "I have a pack that belongs to Hibiki-san.  The note I found says
that it should be delivered here."  I state.
     "There is a Hibiki san that stays here on ocasion." she says
     "Come in and I will show you where you can set his pack down."
     "Thank you" I say as I step out of my sandals, and slide them by
the entrance.
     I follow the young woman into the house, and she indicates for
me to set Ryouga's pack in the closet by the door.  As I'm setting the
pack down I hear.
     "Kasumi, who is at the door?"
     "A young man who is delivering Hibiki-san's pack, Father."
She states, and nods for me to introduce my self.
     "Gomen.  I am Lightpaws Khat, a young schollar, and adventurer."
I say, and bow respectfully to gentleman kneeling at a Shogi board.
     "Tendo Soun, Lightpaws-san." the man replies, "You must be tired
from carrying both your pack and Hibiki's.  Unburden yourself, and
join us for lunch."
     "Tendo-san, I am but a lowly gaijin, and would not presume to
impose upon your hospitality." I say respectfuly.
     "But I insist, young man you must be hungry, and it would be no
imposition.  Sit, relax, tell me about yourself, and what brings you
to Japan" says Soun.
     "I am honored to accept your invitation Tendo-san.  May I use
your phone and inform my hosts where I am." I say
     "Of course, you may, the phone is by the closet, Lightpaws-san"
said Soun.
     "Thank you, Tendo-san.  For conveniance sake, I would be honored
if you, and your family addressed this lowly gaijin as Khat." I said.
     I then went to make a phone call to the Inn of the Wandering cat.

Ack Sorry I was down with the flu and, had to sleep it out.
Before you people spam me to death about it Yes I know Ryouga/Pchan
is still in khat's pack.
I'll try to write more tomorrow If I can work things out in what
passes for my brain.
