can p-chan use his shishihoukodan or bakusai tenketsu techniques when 
he's in pork mode?

The shishihoukodan is chi based, more specificaly, it is based off of 
depression, so I see no reason that he should not be able to use it.

The bakusai tenketsu on the other hand is a disipline, and is 
designed specificaly for the human finger, so he would not be able to 
do that.
