>From a sheer lack of any sort of loving relationship during the first
hundred years of his life he is a bit overbearing in a relationship
which could have added to the tension between him and his wife during
the early years of Crystal Tokyo.
Abilities and Powers:
While the scope of all of his powers is unknown to anyone except maybe
Pluto, he has shown the ability to generate the Light Hawk Wings under
intensive conditions and the possession of one of Ryouko Masaki's gems.
He has extended endurance equal to that of a Sailor Senshi and is able
to generate an energy sword similar to that of Ryouko. Existing
partially out of phase with time he is able to determine any length of
time instantly without thought. A side effect of this attachment to
the Axis Of Time is intense dreams of future events, and is the only
amount of foresight he as officially expressed, although his ability to
enter the Axis completely brings into doubt that this is the only one
he has.
History:
Adam's history prior to Pluto's recruitment of him is unknown as is
considered generally unimportant in the scope of his 1,500+ years of
life. From 1996 to 1999 he took residence at the Masaki Household and
is where he learned most of his future abilities. Here he met his good
friends Tenchi Masaki, Ryouko Habuki, Sasami, and Kiyonne as well as
his future wife Washuu Habuki. The rather important events of the
household have been accurately told in the old television drama called
'Full Circle'.
It was at this time that Adam had been declared dead for sixteen hours
before eventual resuscitation (or more precisely resurrection) after
[data lost due to fragmentation] Adam acquired all the abilities of
Ryouko [data lost due to fragmentation], however he has never shown the
ability to fly, phase through matter, or duplicate himself.
In 1999 he left the Masaki Household and went to Tokyo to witness the
dual marriages of "Serena" Usagi Tsukino to "Darien" Mamoru Chiba and
"Raye" Rei Hino to "Chad" Kumada Yuuichirou. He was then unseen until
2004 when he was witnessed as a pilot for the Los Angeles International
Airport for one flight to Tokyo. Making several secluded contacts with
Richard Vedas and the Sailor Senshi (then Sailor Scouts), as well as
influencing several decisions within the "Organization", he assisted in
the Vampire Wars against Queen Retsina.
He became a good friend to all of the Senshi when Prince Tenchi and
his wives made official contact on behalf of Jurai with Earth and he
was called to mediate the talks between the two governments. It was
also at this time that he began to form a stronger relationship with
Washuu Habuki.
He married Washuu in 3046 in rather large-scale wedding attended by
the royal family of the House of Jurai and the Sailor Senshi and their
friends. During this wedding, Washuu and Ryouko made up for their
hostile relationship when both were able to realize each other's
happiness.
Unfortunately, Adam was immediately needed to assist in the
preparations of Earth for the upcoming Ice Age about to render the
planet lifeless for a thousand years. Assigned to organize the
spaceward branch of their operation, he influenced several of the major
governments to push towards space travel and colonization of the inner
planets now that they knew there was something out there to find.
Able to finish his objective mere days before the final conflict
between Sailor Moon and [data lost due to fragmentation] on the first
Jurai transport off of Earth and set off with Washuu to live on Jurai
until the Ice Age ended. During the next thousand years, things got
worse between Washuu and Adam as both started to think of each other as
a child and not a responsible adult. They managed to appear publicly
together during the entire time, including the ceremony of the
abdication of Emperor Azusa and the initiation of Emperor Tenchi.
Adam returned to Earth with Washuu when Queen Serenity removed
everyone from Suspended Animation to help build the future Crystal
Tokyo. During this time, Washuu and Adam had their final argument and
split up, apparently for good. From this time on, Adam was only
slightly involved in the politics of Crystal Tokyo and went to the Axis
of Time to do work with Sailor Pluto and Richard Vedas.
In 3405, Adam was requested to a 'final mission' for Sailor Pluto and
was forced to work with Washuu in the upcoming battle. It is said that
they worked out their differences before [data lost due to
fragmentation].

Personality:
A bit rude at times, he has a strong belief in what is good and bad
and will act on his belief. He is almost devoid of emotions, and what
little he has is rarely acted upon. A prime example of this is his
relationship with Lita Kino, the two have profound love for each other
but will not commit to a serious relationship.
Powers and Abilities:
Richard's Lunarian and Vampiral blood are constantly fighting a battle
for control of his fate. Sometimes this conflict causes intense
burning in his veins which he is unable to prevent or control. He has
extended endurance, incredible speed and agility, and has a meager form
of night-vision. His desire for blood is controllable without side
effect but sometimes his control is lost and he will kill for blood.
Water and sunlight aren't as lethal to him as a normal Vampire, but he
still has an innate fear of both, preferring to live on dry, dark land.
He has short distance or sustained flight but it is difficult for him
to use it as well as physically draining. He has been fused with the
spirit of the weather and can cast complex and very powerful spells
that rely on it. Lighting, wind, water, and to a certain degree, fire
spells, are his specialty. His finesse with lightning is extraordinary
and is able to manipulate electrical objects by using this power.
Born under the fifth alignment of the stars in the Parthex system
grants him the ability to observe dimensions beyond the limits of
normal humans. His sword, when in his hands, is able to absorb magic
to a limited degree, and will increase his own casting ability.
History:
His mother, Queen Retsina of the Vampires became infected with the
entity known as [data lost due to fragmentation] when Richard was only
twelve. Under its control, Retsina killed Richard's father in an
attempt to get Richard to turn to her as his only surviving family and
become her ultimate warrior. Richard had always shared a bond with his
father and was instantly aware of the means of his death.
Scared, Richard ran from Retsina and the vampires for three years,
managing to stumble across many talented fighters who both taught
Richard and slowed the Vampires as he made his escape. Retsina had her
final battle with Richard in a large house, in which they destroyed to
get at each other. Both pulled themselves from the wreckage thinking
the other had died.
Richard continued to travel through Europe only dimly aware that
Vampires were considered evil until he was almost hung by the Bavarian
king Louis. Saved at the last moment by Anastasia Ritter, wife of the
great Shattenjager Johann Ritter, who saw not an evil incarnation of
the devil, but a young man who was struggling to find his place in a
world that didn't accept him. After a shaking start with the Johann,
he eventually taught Richard many things about Vampires, Lycanthropes,
and the Shattenjager heritage.
Richard did some Shattenjager work himself before becoming upset with
Rittersburg's savage remarks about Johann for having an evil Vampyre
working for him. Richard left them silently one night and continued
moving through Europe eventually forming his own Vampire hunting group.
In 1922, Richard moved his base to New York City and began to work out
of a rather large mansion. Working closely with the government, he
managed to obtain several technologies before they were supposed to be
released to the public. His ties with the government were severed when
they began to become suspicious of his slow aging and enhanced
abilities and tried to have him assassinated in 1941.
Under an alias, he financed a large skyscraper built in place of the
mansion he used to have and leased it out to any corporation who wished
to use it. Under the building, he made his new base of operations,
accessible only to himself and in private.
In 1971, he sealed off his base of operations to go to Tokyo and
investigate the extremely large amounts of supernatural energy building
up there. During his time there, he met the young orphan Darien Chiba
and was strangely drawn to him. Working with Darien at a studio for a
few years, they became good friends although Richard never told Darien
about his heritage or his powers. He stayed in Tokyo until 1990.
In 1996, he [data lost due to fragmentation] Blade and Richard parted
but remained in contact until the death of Blade during the Vampire
Wars of 2004.
Richard returned to Tokyo for a year to obtain an artifact retrieved
from the Moon by astronauts. The artifact was a pod, sealed in a
strange way with the symbols of the planets on the cover. Returning to
America, he began to research the symbols and find a way to open the
pod.
From 2003-2004, Richard lived in San Diego tracking a series of
killings known as the Jackie Ripper crimes. These crimes were
eventually traced to the management of a hotel in that same city.
Stressed out from recent failures, fights, and his prolonged life
without a companion, he killed the entire senior staff of the hotel
ending the Jackie Ripper crimes.
Seriously depressed and on the verge of a mental breakdown, Richard
returned to Tokyo to see his old friend Darien Chiba and meet his wife
Serena. His research had also pointed to Sailor Moon as the key to
opening the pod he seized from the astronauts a few years before. At
the same time, Queen Retsina began a plan to seize the large
supernatural energy deposits that had been gathering in Tokyo for the
last forty years. In one of the more climatic battles of the Sailor
Senshi, the groups clashed in an epic adventure that is accurately
portrayed in the non-fiction novel The Heroes We Love.
In 2034, Richard is investigating a possible Vampire threat in Tokyo
when he runs head long into the Knight Sabres. The possible Vampires
turned out to be [data lost due to fragmentation]. Priss and Richard
become friends but don't hang around long before Richard has to leave.
Richard enters the Axis of Time during the Ice Age of Earth and Pluto
begins to teach him about how time works. His ability to see extra
dimensions makes him a fast learner. After the Ice Age he becomes
active in the construction of Crystal Tokyo and in the politics that
follow. Richard and Lita meet several times and express to each other
their feelings, however for some unknown reason the two never form a
real relationship.
In 3405, Richard is a major contribution to the victory of Earth over
the Boomer League and the physical attack by Mars' Savages. He works
with Vincent Valentine during this time, and learns a bit about what
happened during the first incursion of humans upon the planet Earth.
He is unable to do anything to [data lost due to fragmentation].
Richard officially adopts [data lost due to fragmentation] after the
disappearance of [data lost due to fragmentation] and tells her about
her father and mother. He cares about her a great deal and even after
she left to have a life of her own, Richard continued to watch over
her.
In 3691, Richard fights again on behalf of Crystal Tokyo against the
Dark Moon Family and Nemesis. After [data lost due to fragmentation]
she took him care of for the final few weeks of the war as the last of
the Dark Moon warriors were defeated. During this time he returned to
a defunct relationship with Lita Kino (Sailor Jupiter). After the [data
lost due to fragmentation], Richard would become the new Guardian of

Personality:
Kind, gentle hearted, strong morals. He accepts new ideas very well,
is a strong leader, and will only do what is considered right in
society. A law abiding citizen, he keeps his massive power under
control at all times. He is slightly obedient when with his mate,
Retsina, otherwise he's always in control of the situation.
Powers and Abilities:
Born under the third alignment of the stars in the Parthex system, he
was granted magical and spiritual abilities far beyond those of the
best learned mage. He has genius level intelligence and lightning
quick reflexes to go with his uncanny wit and admirable fighting
ability. He can learn any spell that is cast on him and is able to
master the casting of a spell after only a few times of use. He has no
need to go through the normal physical casting procedures, he needs
only to will a spell to happen and it does.
History:
Taken from his parents at a very young age, Seether was brought to the
Moon Palace to be taught by Serenity the ways of good and kindness and
to prevent another rampage like that of Metallia a few years earlier.
Learning a bit about everything, Seether soon becomes very devoted to
the causes of the Moon Kingdom and the prosperity of the Silver
Millenium.
When he is in his early twenties, he takes command of an elite
division of the Moon Kingdom defense forces designed to recruit very
powerful magic users and defend the kingdom against the rise of any
potential threat. His team grows in strength and power until it is one
of the most widely known and the strongest group in existence.
Following the life of one woman who rejected the offer to become part
of the defense forces, it is soon discovered that this woman, Beryl,
has been planning to summon the evil spirit of Metallia from the
Negaverse from which she had been banished. Soon after discovering
this information, Seether and his team is caught by Beryl and sent to
Earth. On Earth, Beryl's forces are stronger than on the moon and
Seether and his team are weaker. Seether is held captive as Beryl
starts her attack on the Moon Kingdom with the newly summoned Metallia.
What remains of Seether's team work to escape from their encampment on
Earth only to be killed in the process. In their death, Seether
escapes and is just far enough from the camp that he could breathe easy
when he sees the light from the Silver Crystal coming from the Moon.
At this point he is the last surviving Lunarian in existence.
Attempting to pull his life back together on Earth, he runs into
Retsina, a weak Vampire at the head of a rather large family. Using
his magic, he is able to protect Retsina from the attacks of the other
houses of Vampires. He eventually falls in love with her and after
their marriage the two cast a powerful spell over the mansion in which
they lived preventing any Vampire not of Retsina's house from entering.
The spell, a bond of both power and love, is incredibly strong and
still lasts to this day.
Seether learns about the social structure of the Vampire during the
next few years until in 458 AD when their first and only son, Richard,
was born. The addition of a child makes Seether and Retsina's love
stronger as they hope that one day their child is able to carry the
power and heritage they both hold. Not long after his birth, however,
Retsina and Seether learn of the boy's incredible power, abilities that
neither of them had were evident in the boy.
Working off this tinge of jealousy, an entity known as [data lost due
to fragmentation] Retsina's body and eventually warped her mind to the
point where she killed Seether in order to gain the boy's power. While
records of that era aren't normally kept, it is a known myth that
Seether's last words were, "the universe must have hated me."
Gilvyrn, Retsina

Egotistical, she desires nothing but to become more powerful. She
feels that Vampires should rule the Earth for some unspeakable reason.
She suffers from multiple personalities that were evident even before
she was [data lost] by [data lost due to fragmentation], although [data
lost due to fragmentation] increased the mental decay from this
sickness.
Powers and Abilities:
As the lord of a house of Vampires, she is granted the special ability
to fuse warriors with power and recruit new Vampires by changing
humans. Long distance flight and sustained hover is done with ease for
her. Her spell casting abilities are admirable, although she refuses
to specialize in any one field so she is noticeably weaker than a
specialized wizard is. She requires the blood of a human every
twenty-four hours to maintain her strength and abilities. She cannot
be exposed to direct sunlight or seawater, both are fatal if given in
large doses (standing in sunlight on a sunny day or being splashed with
a bucket full of salt-water) but in smaller parts are only damaging.
Garlic does nothing to Retsina and she actually eats garlic from time
to time just for a laugh. A religious symbol held by someone who
strongly believes in that symbol IS harmful or even lethal to her and
her clan, but the crucifix by itself is not damaging to her.
History:
The exact place and date of her birth are unknown, but she is rumored
to have come from the area of Germany. She was elected as head of the
clan Gilvyrn after the death of her grandfather at the hands of a
child-Vampire from a nearby clan. Her family hoped that her natural
leadership abilities would compensate for her lack of physical
strength. After the initiation ceremony, Retsina began a serious of
plans to breathe life back into her clan.
After most of her plans had backfired, she ran into Seether Vedas and
begged for his help. Convincing him that she really had no wish to be
leader and only wanted the safety of her clan, he helped defend the
clan from attackers. She began to feel romantically attracted to him a
few years later which later became love when the two were married and
they cast their spell on the mansion.
Her first child was born in 458 AD was incredibly more powerful than
she was. Slightly jealous of her child she wished that she could have
had his abilities so she could have defended her clan without anyone's
help. The entity known as [data lost] came down to Earth and entered
her body in her sleep. The entity immediately attached itself to one
of Retsina's personalities deep within her subconscious and began to
speak out against her, urging her to seek more power. This worsened her
schizophrenia until the personality controlled by [data lost] took over
and made her kill Seether Vedas.
After Richard ran, Retsina followed him for a few years until they met
in a final conflict in a large house that was destroyed in their
battle. Pulling herself from the wreckage, she believed that Richard
was dead and returned to her clan. [Data lost] was upset it missed the
chance to obtain the boy but moved into one of Retsina's old plans.
For the next few hundred years Retsina systematically moved through
the clans of Vampires in Europe, killing them all and recruiting them
to her family. Much more powerful than most of the Vampire hunters and
Vampyres of the time, they soon became the only remaining Vampire clan
in Europe.
During this time, she discovered the supernatural being named Jadeite,
on a recon mission for his master Queen Beryl. Retsina was mostly
repulsed by the General, but Chaos was fascinated by his power and
formed a relationship with him leading to the birth of Retsina's second
son, Garamond.
Unsatisfied with being ruler of all Vampires, Retsina made plans to
take over the world and give it to its 'rightful rulers,' the Vampires.
Travelling to Tokyo she made plans to gather energy then attack the
planet and ruling it. The events of this time have been accurately
portrayed in the novel 'The Heroes We Love'. Retsina's body was buried
in Germany by the grave of her first husband, Seether.
