group who wishes to partake.

Hello, writers. As some people have consistantly felt the need to point
out the excess of spam and stories vs. C&C and feedback on the FFML,
Colliding SYmphonies had begun unleashing mass reviews for about a month
during 97. Several factors had inhibited us continuing this beyond the
scope we had wanted, including the departure and changing of the guard
from one Head to another. Myself.

However with things more stabilised, Colliding SYmphonies will once
again begin 'Cleaning out the archive.' About 50~60 megs of stories
posted over the last 2 and a half years have been saved by us. I know we
lack some stories here and there, but for the most part, I have saved
every fic that has come by the FFML and FFIRC. Subsequently, a group of
four from Colliding SYmphonies will begin reviewing publicly and
privately our archives. We will be going in no particular order as we
sift through the mass, but will probably stick with one particular
author from time to time as we move.

first- DO NOT send us a fic and say 'please review it.' Why? For one,
there are about two years of people waiting in front of you who will get
their time.

As said: Four of Colliding SYmphonies members will begin reviewing
inside a few days. So expect some serious bandwidth from four accounts.
Perhaps we should introduce ourselves afore hand. . .

Hi all you weird fan boys and girls! I'm with Colliding SYmphonies as a
photographic artist, and I'm in the process of getting and English
degree so I can teach one day. I've met some of the population on FFIRC
already and I think I have a feel for what kind of audience this anime
stuff has been getting. I myself just got started about 4 months ago, so
I don't know much past Ranma1/2 and Sailor Moon (except for Voltron.) I
seen some really classic stuff (At least thats what GT called it. . .)
I haven't written any fanfiction, but I enjoy reading some of it. TJ
insisted me to see if I could enjoy more so here goes me!

Greetings. I have Been writing fanfiction for about a year,
but have only been a member of Colliding SYmphonies for a
few short months. I look forward to reviewing the stories in
our archive. Hopefully writers and readers alike will benefit
from our efforts.

Just to provide you with a little background here, I have
written several stories myself. The most noticably ones
have been "Kasumi and Spice and Everything Nice", a Ranma 1/2
fic, "A Stained Glass Mind", also a Ranma 1/2 fic, and
"The Heart of One Man", my first Ah! My Goddess fic.

My tastes in Anime are rather open; I watch anything and
everything I can get my hands on. As for reading fanfiction,
I avoid dark fics like the plague! =) And read most anything
else.

Hi. I like anime. I am a comic artist for Colliding SYmphonies. I draw
gothic horror, but I am not a vampire and I don't dress like Marilyn
Manson. I enjoy the thick, sickening sludge that is human flaw, but I
love the epic facing of that flaw even more. I like violence. I like
cold evil, and I like true good. I loved Fist of The North Star, Tenchi
OAV, Vampire Miyu, DevilMan, Mermaid Saga, and Macross/Robotech.

I have written only one fanfiction and it was not anime so I doubt it
would matter to you. I see errors and point them out with impunity.

And lastly, myself of Colliding SYmphonies. I've been anime for about
6~7 years since all there was was DarkImage, Orion/streamline, and US
manga corp. I still have Ranma as my fav right now, but I'm not
exclusive to it. I'm a sucker for a good romance, but not too keen on
Mecha anime or manga. My first exception is Evangelion.

I avoid series I haven't seen. I avoid MSTs. I don't particularly care
for Self Insertion, but just because a new character is Gaijin doesn't
mean its self insertion. Not to me anyways.

I'm open to new anime, but I'm not a big fan of cross overs. Melds are
neat though. . .

I've written, cowritten, and edited several fics, including Cast Not
Such Dreary Countenance, Bottleneck, and Kimagure Soyokaze. I enjoy
someone who writes about a series they love not to try and improve it,
but to tell a story with it.

We are: The Wave

FanFiction Beware. The balance will tilt.
