I've only seen part 1 and 2 so here's my C&C on thise.

 There are a few typos and formatting problems...but I'm willing to bet at
least half of the formatting problems are due to my zany machine.
other than that I liked it - with some nit-picky things.
Well, As long as 2 different things happen I'll bepleased to read the rest
of  this fic.
 1. The  main character does not join the 'Sabers.
 2. The main characters does not die in a park/shrine/burnt-out aircraft 
while cherry-blossoms blow about like a floral snowstorm.

 I think these would pull the fic down.
 Ugh.. I warned you I'm picky. 
 

 I'm not sure if I'm happy you killed Jeena (hey, I like her) but it works
well and seems to progress logicly.

 I like the altered versions of perception and also  like the even-handed
portrayal of Officer Wong. I got a giggle (which I shared with my roommate
when Dailey called Leon a flirt :)
I liked the Neko... but might like to hear more about working on it...

 I think that perhaps the whole fic could be given a bit more length with
Ash's perceptions of a new city and culture. In other words I guess,
some events which have nothing to do with the main plot.  Otherwise, I
think it moves a little to fast. (to better explane myself here...all of
the other characters (from the anime) seem to be getting pulled in to
fast. The story is about (as I see it) Ash and her interactions. Everyone
else apppearing makes her fade a little into the background.
