Hmm, don't take me wrong here but if everyone got upset that someone else
were doing something that they were planning on doing, we'd have a mailing
list full of spam and flames. Seriously, a lot of Ranma 1/2 ideas have
already been done over countless times, wouldn't the original person who
thought up the idea be pissed as hell that <number> of ppl have used his idea?

Don't get me wrong here, it is admirable that you are using it as motivation
to produce something of quality and i respect that. Though i have to point
out there is no 'competition' here, everyone writes what they want in their
own time. Ok, so someone else is writing a fic or using an idea similar to
yours, fine, have a read of theirs later on and compare, you'll both learn
from each other prolly.

Ah well, just my 2 cents. I'll be looking forward to reading both fics when
they're done, mind u :)
