No, you're right. In the latest Ranma comic {comic, not graphic novel}
there's a big two-page spread where he preforms it for the first time, and
they didn't change a thing  in it from the original japanese. They muddy up
the translatin a bit earlier on {Heaven blast of the Dragon} but you got the
spelling right.

As for the Hiryu Kourin Dan,  it's {and I don't know this for sure, it's based
on hearsay} a particularly nasty variant of the shoten-ha that he used only
once; in his battle with Herb over the Kaisuifuu. It means "Dragon's Fire
Burst" {or something, i'm guessing again} and it leveled a small mountain.

Confusing ne? ;)
