Just a question that's been bugging me for a while, what are the

correct way

to spell some of the names?

Ukyou or Ukyo?
Ryouga or Ryoga?
Kunou or Kuno?

These names are spelt both ways by people, although strictly speaking,
Ukyou Ryouga Kunou are the correct ones.

Strictly speaking, this isn't true.

The Japanese government itself uses different rules for romanization; one
department uses "ou", another uses "o".

There are no "official" rules of romanization.

Takahashi herself twice spelled out Tatewaki's last name in English.  Each
time, she spelled it "Kuno".
