What do ya need to view them? Some plugin? Is so where to get?

For those of you who use Windows 95 (and maybe Windows 3.1x):
	There is a program called NJWin CJK, a trial version of which is
available on the Internet, which will allow Windows to display CJK
(Chinese/Japanese/Korean) characters. It does not work with DOS programs;
I believe it was intended primarily for use with Internet software, but
it's not limited to web browsers/newsreaders. I use NJWin myself, and it
works fairly well.
	The trial version may be downloaded from http://www.njstar.com/
	The registration fee is $49 (US); however, the company is based in
Australia. The same company also makes a fairly good Japanese word
processor - professional quality, but at professional prices too: the
basic version of NJStar Japanese WP is about $99 if I remember right, and
more if you want TrueType Japanese fonts.

I *think* NJWin CJK works with Windows 3.1 as well as Win95; I know
there's a 32-bit Windows NT version.
I don't know about any CJK programs for Macintosh, though ... :-/
