I'm reposting this from the Spam ML. I decided that asking
30 odd people wasn't going to get me enough responses. :-/
WARNING: Do NOT laugh.
My email account is being flooded with junk mail/spam, and
I'm not talking about the Spam ML posts. Somebody somewhere
(well, lots of somebodies, I think) has/have it in for me,
big time. I'm looking at another ISP which charges
something slightly more reasonable than $90 a month, but
they don't offer mailing list support. At least, not as
part of any standard, personal account options. They
suggested contacting corporate sales, but that's likely going
to be expensive.
So far, I've had numerous problems with bounced Spam ML
messages, too. I don't know why they're bouncing, but it's a
problem I don't want to have to deal with.
So...I'm asking all of you. Do you know where I could host
the Spam ML more or less permanently, and where I would be
able to maintain it via email if at all possible?
Stargazer has made the offer, but he's gone for winter break.
Also, he's not necessarily going to have access to the net
for the whole year, so I might be stuck with a dead ML if
he can't fix something that breaks on his end while he's gone.
I'm looking for a place where that won't be a problem, if
that isn't too much to ask.
Here's hoping... *sigh*
