I must  be in a strange mood to respond tothis... and actually give it
consideration beyond the giggle factor.

Actually, and strangely this story is sort-of possible.....
 The Voltron (lion)  series could have gone lemon in several places....

Some of the most obvious are the ep where the Princess loses her bikini
swiming (something that seems obligatory in anime from that time period)
I think she was also captured by Elric...um I mean whatever that evil
guy's name was.

 And wasn't there at least one crash/memory loss ep?

 and also for you slash/yaoi fans....
when the original pilot of the Blue lion (I think he was called "Sven" in
North America ) was in the slave pits.... 

As for Transformers....Wasn't there only one female?

Nope. There were quite a few of them. There was Optimus's Prime lady friend, and most of 
the 1st gen series Autobots had "girlfriends" back on Cybertron.
