Due to a suggestion by some of the voters and the overwhelming amount of
fics that have only been voted for once, I've decided to change the
voting system, otherwise, the list of nominees will continue to grow and
the top five standings will be unaffected.

Therefore, all of the previous votes for all the catagories are now
considered the preliminaries.  The top five fics for each catagory have
been chosen from those previous votes and now it's time for everyone who
voted previously to once again do so by selecting one of the five in
each catagory, via private e-mail please.  

If you see a fic of yours that has been nominated, please send me a
brief clip from that fic which I'll use during the ceremony as the
presenter lists the nominees for a catagory.  It can be just a couple of
lines or so.

Also, to the list of presenters at the bottom of this fanfic, if you
haven't sent me your presentation for the awards yet, please do so 
ASAP.  Include a desciption of what you're wearing as you present,
co-hosts you may want to bring up with you, small funny skit if you
want, etc. 

I apologize for the inconvience but I wanted to give the five nominees
an equal chance of coming out on top and this is the only way to do it.
