has no taste. A fic that had lots of thought and effort behind it
recieved less attention then a "quickie"

Keener: Look, as has been said by the some of the people on this list, a
short story WILL get read and responded to faster then a large one. It
takes time to read the fic, time to find things worth commenting on, and
time write it up. Lots of writers just don't have the time to responed
expedentiantly. Also, short fics are complete stories. We can sum up our
feelings on the entire work rather then just the bits we've recieved,
and we don't have to worry about missing anything. Then also, not
everyone likes dark fics, or lemons, or WAFF, but if the fics short and
not to be taken to seriously, even people who cringe at blood and pathos
will give it a looksee.  Besides, humor stories generally get more
comments, it's just a fact of life. Craft 54 beat Uses of the Knife by
like 2 to 1.

Keener: In fact, I was going to comment on Bring Me the Head of Ranma
myself. One becuase of Ukyo's bit. I'm pretty sure Mike doesn't read my
stuff <bows before him unworthy> so I'm guessing someone else did a
suicide story with a family tanto... I wanted to find out who and what
so I could... DEAL with them. <eyes turn uber black for a second and
then go back to happy happy> Also, he mentioned fear over the next
coming of the Revenge Wars and I wanted to offer him santuary at
Author's Retreat. As for Ill Met? First I have to find my part one-six
and then some time.

Krudd: <sighs and walks back> Stupid cawt, onwy takes animates.

Keener: We done?

Krudd: <grumbles> Didn't you want to pwug something?

Keener: OH! Ummmmm, read my fics, especially Connections, I have been
told it's kind of sort of funny.
