reasonably _sane_ new character that for perfectly understandable reasons

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Ranma is loaded with non-omniscient, non-omnipotent,
non-Jyusenkyou, reasonally sane, non-English-named new characters.
As for solving the Ranma suitor dilemma, well, I generally
don't do that. Unlike some fanfic groups, I try to adhear
strictly to the tone, style, plots and characterizations of the
original material as I can, so in the case of Ranma, that
tend to mean "unresolved" romances.
