	Redeaming IMBS Ranma is not an easy concept, since the key would be 
that he would have to feel a need for redemption.  if you wanted to take the 
easy way out you could just have Lamont Cranston show up, with him having 
finally conquered his inner darkness to the point of being ready to seek out 
and redeam a corupt soul himself.  

Pretty much. We attempted to make this the normal Ranmaverse, only with a
slight, almost unnoticable different result that cascaded....

	Indeed, and the question is weather the change was in Ranma,(This 
Ranma couldn't take something the origional was able to handle, or handled 
it better prompting Genma to push him even harder than the origional) or in 
Genma(This genma being slightly more agressive in his training than the 
origional).  Who knows, maybe the entire difference is that Genma mistook a 
book of magic for a training manual and Ranma is now the living prison for a 
demon.  Well all we know is that Ranma semes to have a version of his fear 
of cats so Genma did try the Nekoken, Ranma could have cracked during, 
after, or shortly before that element of hell on earth.

I also don't think that Ranma is going to die...  I think he is going to 
come out on top of the body heap.  And I do mean heap.  What I want to 
know is if Akane is going to be standing there with him, or will he be 
standing on her?  And what is going to happen to Nabiki?

Only time will tell. Or me, for enough $$$. ;)

	True enough, still even Nabiki was able to recognise that despite 
Ranma's inner darkness, he and Akane... completed each other.  I think that 
unless something happens that drives Akane to reject him completely he is 
not going to target her for anything malevelant.  As for Nabiki, I don't 
think that Ranma will bother doing anything much more than threaten unless 
he feels she has a real chance of hurting him or turning Akane against him.

Hmmm....  Maybe we should start a pool to see who is going to die in 
this fic?

	Will IMBS Ranma kill Happosei or become his student?  That's the 
question.  Likewise how will Happosei react to this extra dangerous Ranma.

What I want to know...  What happened that made Ranma so... so... 
Deliciously Evil in the first place?  What caused him to become that 
lovable little sociopath?

And if Ranma is this bad, I can't wait to see Herb, or Ryu, or Taro...

Herb don't show up (probably), not sure about Ryu, and Tarou went into the
meat-packing business, had a horrible accident, and shortly thereafter
appeared in McDonald's franchises across Japan.

	Indeed, Herb came to Japan in search of Colougne and thus would stay 
in China.  Ryu, well he's quite late in the book so everything might be 
resolved by then, although I think IMBS Ranma would have no problems 
learning a style based on thievery.  As for Tarou, the entire question of 
his appearance is dependant on Happosei.  Thus Ranma's reaction to Happosei 
decides weather or not Tarou appears.

*Rubs hands together* This is going to be fun....  (Yes, I know that 
this is a darkfic.  I like it.  This is the kind of darkfic I love.  
Its fun in its evilness.)
